Description:

The WPI A310 AccuPulser Model SYS-A310 is a second-generation pulse generator/stimulator that offers a combination of digital electronics' precision and the fine resolution and continuous adjustment characteristics of analog circuitry. This system allows for highly controlled and reproducible pulses, making it ideal for a variety of electrophysiology, neuroscience, and biomedical research applications. The A310 can deliver single or double pulses in continuous, single-shot, or train/burst modes, with pulse parameters that are adjustable over a broad range. The timing parameters are entered through ten-turn dials and six-position range switches, ensuring precise control with accuracy within 1% of the set value.

The A310 features five separate outputs, including an ISOLATOR output for driving stimulus isolators, a MONITOR output for oscilloscope viewing, and VARIABLE outputs with fine amplitude resolution. It also includes SYNC outputs that can be used for synchronizing with other devices. The AccuPulser's versatility and precision make it ideal for nerve stimulation, muscle research, and bioelectrical measurements in the laboratory.
