Description:

The Nanion Perfusion System Control enables advanced control over solution exchange during automated patch clamp recordings with the Port-a-Patch system. This includes both external perfusion (extracellular compound delivery) and internal perfusion (cytosolic compound delivery). The system allows for up to eight different solutions to be managed and delivered through a computer-controlled magnetic pinch valve panel, with solution switching either manual or software-automated.

Data acquisition and solution switching are synchronized, allowing for seamless integration and tagging of recorded traces with compound and concentration information. The included temperature control module supports precise environmental regulation within a range of 10 – 50°C.
