The FemtoJet enables minute quantities of liquid to be injected into cells. The relevant parameters (injection pressure pi and injection time ti )are set using the variable regulators. The key or connected hand or foot control or the INJECT key of the connected micromanipulator are used to trigger these two parameters. If no injections are being performed, compensation pressure pc is applied permanently.
