The CORVUS High Resolution Position/Motion Controller sets new standards in the field of motion control, offering unparalleled resolution and speed. With a remarkable resolution of just 1.5 nm per step and a minimum speed of 0.015 µm/s, CORVUS provides precise movement control for even the most complex applications. Powered by a high-performance 32-bit RISC processor, the CORVUS supports rapid and accurate motion with speeds up to 180 mm/s (with a 4 mm lead screw pitch).

The controller is equipped with an Ethernet interface, making it easy to integrate into existing network setups and enabling remote operation via TCP/IP. The system also features a diagnostic LED system, allowing for easy monitoring of the controller's status and functions. The controller supports multiple communication interfaces, including RS-232, CAN-bus, IEEE, and Ethernet, offering versatile connectivity options.
